Glenn is the founder of HCD Research, a communications and sensory research company which focuses on testing packaging, fragrance, flavor and tactile as well as broadcast, print and web communications using psychophysiological methods and traditional research tools.

Founded in 1993 HCD has provided services world wide from studying political messaging to researching optimal product figurations in different consumer spaces.
